As you may have figured out, I am all about growth and self-improvement. I love knowledge and aspire to expand my mind in all aspects. There are areas of myself that were stinted or have a slow growth rate. I tend to put extra focus on said areas. I invested years in therapy because I needed it. I spend years in college because I wanted it. Now I spend years applying the knowledge to become and exist in this plane as the best version of myself I can be. In this endeavor, I read books, take classes and watch videos to continue to grow, hone in, and refine the things I learned. Well as of late I have been working my way through a book called “30 Day Mental Diet, The Way To A Better Life” to improve my mental picture. All right, if I am being honest, I fell behind the first time I tried completing the book last month and have started over this month. What matters is that I did not give up, because I understand the importance of the fact that the mental image I have of my life, is what I create in my life. What I believe to be true in my world is what becomes true in my day-to-day living. I could expand on this topic, but for now, I will leave it as it. I will ask, how do you grow? What do you do to expand, create or flourish?
